Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Position Objective:
• FlexiCorps, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and grow business. Competitive pay and uncapped commission opportunity at a family-owned and operated recruitment firm.

 

Essential Functions:
• Functions of this position are to prospect for and generate new business. This position requires cold calling on the phone and in person. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining communication and relationships with all clients he or she develops while continuing to pursue and acquire new business.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of service-oriented selling experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
• Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
• Previous cold calling experience.
• Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
• Recruitment industry experience a plus
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
• Must attend and participate in ongoing sales training/coaching and utilize learned sales methods
Job Description:
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
• Meet or exceed the new business sales goals
• Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with appropriate decision makers
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up with key decision makers
• Utilize the company’s CRM system on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer and prospect profiles
• Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective clients
• Work from office located in St. Charles. Travel to and from customers, prospect appointments, networking events and sales training. Out of state travel possible.
